ABOUT

Previta® we seek to improve the way healthcare is delivered to the population. We have created a digital hospital so you can get highly specialized medical care from the comfort of your home.

Using state-of-the-art telemedicine we have created a remote patient monitoring system called VICTORIA®, which consists of a platform connected to wearable medical devices and a personal health coach in order to monitor your vital medical indicators.

All results are communicated to your healthcare provider in order to detect any complications early, before they become catastrophic, and avoid unnecessary hospitalization.

Remote Patient Monitoring  is a new affordable way to provide quality healthcare services to patients who require long term care.

Its main objective is to follow the patient´s health status in real time, by measuring health data (weight, height, glucose, blood pressure, heart rate, respiration rate), using technological tools, and educating the patient through different programs.

It counts with the assessment of a healthcoach who guides patient through the illness.

Electronic devices connected to the patient allow the early detection of changes in the biomarkers with enough time to avoid serious complications which require hospitalization or longer stays at the hospital.

  • Ischemic heart disease, stroke, chronic obstructive lung disease and lower respiratory infections have remained the top killers during the past decade. 2
  • Coronary artery disease is the most common form of heart disease and the most common cause of heart failure.
  • Heart failure is a major public health problem, with a prevalence of over 5.8 million in the USA, and over 23 million worldwide.4
  • According to WHO estimates, 65 million people have moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Estimates show that COPD will become in 2030 the third leading cause of death worldwide.2
